Health and Social Care Lecturers Required – Part-Time – September Start

We are seeking part-time Health and Social Care Lecturers for a September start.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Health and Social Care lessons to college students.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective learning programmes.
• Assess student work, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Support learners to achieve their qualifications and progression goals.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental activities as required.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care, Nursing, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student success.

Desirable

• Recent experience teaching Health and Social Care within a college or Further Education setting.
• Experience delivering BTEC, NCFE, CACHE, T Level, or other Health and Social Care qualifications.
• A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
